AMALINA ARIFFIN

Amalina Ariffin is the YSEALI Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. She was also a YSEALI Academic Fellowship Alumna in 2015 at the East West Center, Hawai'i and later was an award recipient for the YSEALI Seeds for the Future grant for her regional environmental accelerator program for high school students that she co-founded with other YSEALI Alumni called the Chili Padi Academy. She is currently a participant for the Asia-Pacific Obama Leaders, and was one of the 22 emerging leaders selected across the region involved in the designing of the program. She also is a content contributor for Zero Waste Malaysia and also a mentor for Closing the Gap 2020 and McKinsey Youth Leadership Academy 2019.
